Position Chat Support Executive Job Details

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off) Shift: Rotational (24×7) Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional support to customers via chat . Resolve customer queries with accuracy while ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently and meet quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality guidelines.

Eligibility

Criteria 12th Pass and Graduates can apply. Freshers are welcome.



Candidates with Fresher or more of customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Good written communication skills in English and Hindi . Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

Process HR Screening Chat Simulation Operations Interview Assessment Criteria Versant: Level 3 or above Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy AMCAT: Assessment will be conducted for proctoring purposes.
