? Salary Structure

- CTC: ₹51,350 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹40,800 per month (approx.)

? Salary Breakup
- Retention Bonus: ₹2,000
- PF Contribution: ₹3,600
- Gratuity: ₹1,350
- Medical Benefits: ₹600
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹3,000

✅ Eligibility
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
