Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in the Pune Division. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting all communication in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing accurate information about products or services, and escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary.

The role requires maintaining service standards,



following established procedures, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction through professional communication.

Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.

Comfort using computers, ticketing systems, and CRM tools; ability to learn new software quickly.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work in shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Higher secondary education or a bachelor’s degree preferred; prior contact center or customer support experience is beneficial.
