Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. In this position, the individual will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear and accurate information about products and services.

Responsibilities include handling complaints, resolving issues promptly, and documenting interactions to ensure follow-up and continuous improvement. The role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, building positive customer relationships,



and supporting overall customer experience initiatives. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and support consistent Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in frontline Customer Support and working as Customer Service Representatives.
- Focus on enhancing Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing tools (preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus.
- Comfort communicating in English and local/regional languages as needed.
