Job Details
- Role: Customer Service Executive
- Experience: Customer service experience is mandatory
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication (V4 level) is required
- Salary: ₹17,500 in-hand (for experienced candidates)
- Shift: 9-hour rotational shift within the window of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails
- Resolve customer concerns in a skilled and timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Eligibility
- Previous customer service experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
