- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team and promote our exciting holiday packages over the phone for India/Bali/ Phuket/Vietnam.

- You'll play a crucial role in helping customers plan their perfect vacations while enjoying unique perks, including an onboarding trip and the opportunity to travel the world!

- A passion for travel and an interest in learning about holiday destinations.

- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (training will be provided).

Requirements

- Education: 10th+Diploma or graduate (any stream/specialisation)-Mandatory

- Experience: Fresher to maximum 3 Yrs experience only

- Should be good at English and Hindi

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential Indian customers to promote and sell holiday packages.

- Provide detailed information about various destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.





- Communicate the advantages and features of our holiday packages/stays persuasively to customers.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

- Follow up with interested customers, answer their queries, and handle objections.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting compelling offers and closing sales.

- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

- Stay updated with the latest holiday deals, destinations, and travel trends to effectively promote our offerings.
