- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and skilled manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
- Serve food, beverages, and desserts efficiently while maintaining SMOOR’s service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and service.
- Handle billing and POS transactions when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
