Role: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)

Position: Process Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

CTC: 3 LPA

Eligibility: Any Graduate (Freshers Only)

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Customer-focused mindset and solid interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Mandatory Skill: Proficiency in Hindi

Selection Process:

1️⃣ HR Screening Round

2️⃣ AMCAT Module 2

- English Comprehension (EC): 34+
- Language Ability (LA): 31+

3️⃣ Versant Voice Assessment

- 55 & Above

4️⃣ Voice & Accent Assessment

- 6 & Above

5️⃣ Operations Interview

- Scheduled only after clearing AMCAT, Versant & V&A;
