Handle

Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required. Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Meet individual and team performance targets.



Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Graduate/Undergraduates can apply (depending on company requirements).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. 0-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, or related roles. ~ Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
