Lifetime Health Plus Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Sales Executive fluent in Marathi to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert enquiries into bookings, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Convert leads into confirmed service bookings.
- Explain healthcare services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with prospective customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer details accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer sales, or customer support.
- Fluency in Marathi (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
