We are seeking an outgoing and persuasive Sales Advisor to guide customers through their purchasing journey. In this role, you will combine expert product knowledge with top-tier customer service to match clients with the right solutions. Your focus is to build trust, answer technical questions, close deals, and turn one-time shoppers into loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation: Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and recommend tailored products or services.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, warranties, and pricing plans.
- Sales Conversion: Overcome objections, present value propositions, and close sales to meet daily targets.
- Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest relevant add-ons, upgrades, or complementary services to increase average order value.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- CRM Reporting: Document customer feedback, sales outcomes, and lead data in the company system.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, consultative selling, or customer-facing roles.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Communication: Articulate, confident, and skilled presentation style (in-person, phone, or video).
- Target-Driven: A self-motivated attitude focused on hitting and exceeding performance quotas.
- Tech Comfort: Ability to learn and navigate point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and digital catalogs quickly.
- Education: High school diploma required; any specialized certification or college degree is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,528.03 - ₹52,650.61 per month
