We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) who would focus on building, maintaining, and improving relationships between a company and its customers. customer interactions, analyzing customer data, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. They use CRM systems to track customer activity, design marketing campaigns, and ensure a personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely follow-up on all client leads after order placement
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service
- Collect honest customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end client servicing from order confirmation to payment collection
- Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively




- Provide transparent guidance and support to clients regarding company products and services
- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver effective solutions.
