CRM Executive – Studio WE Weddings

- Respond to new client enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and email.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Maintain accurate client details, event dates, packages, and payment records.

- Coordinate with clients before and after shoots or wedding events.

- Send quotations, invoices, reminders, and delivery updates.

- Track pending payments, approvals, and client requirements.

- Work closely with the photography and editing teams for smooth coordination.

- Ensure every client receives a warm, professional Studio WE Weddings experience.

- Prior CRM, sales, customer service, or wedding-industry experience is preferred.

- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills are essential.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
