Hiring: Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager | Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. | Mumbai

Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior, hands-on CRM professional to own lifecycle marketing end to end across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Web Personalization, and Customer Journeys using Netcore.

Role Overview

This role involves designing automated customer journeys, building customer segmentation and personalization strategies, and driving repeat purchases through data-driven lifecycle marketing. We are looking for someone who can independently own the CRM function end to end — strategy through execution, not just campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build automated customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and web personalization on Netcore
- Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies based on behaviour and lifecycle stage
- Plan and execute recommendation campaigns, newsletters, and retention-focused campaigns to drive repeat purchases




- Conduct funnel analysis and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to derive actionable insights
- Own CRM strategy, execution, and performance reporting end to end

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Strong command of CRM/marketing automation platforms — Netcore preferred; MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable also considered
- Proven expertise in journey building, campaign execution, and customer analytics (GA4)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Preferred background: D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Luxury, Jewellery, or Retail
