- Post the sale - Cross-check all customer documents, including Signed booking form and associated costs, Booking amount receipt, KYC documents.
- Co-ordination with GREs to get customer's photo/testimonials and google reviews.
- Ensure that all customer emails are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Preparing AOS checklist
- Sale agreement execution process – Co-ordinating with the customer for agreement signatures.
- Preparation of bank documents and handing over to the banker for further disbursement.
- Updating the daily payments in SF
- Updating the status of AOS in SF
- Maintaining the customer data in SF
- Answering the customer calls.
- Following up on FORM 16B
