What makes the role meaty?
- Contact lapsed customers to understand reasons for inactivity through structured feedback calls.
- Conduct short customer satisfaction and experience survey.
- Reach out to existing offline customers to communicate new product launches, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Proactively encourage repeat purchases based on customers’ previous buying patterns and replenishment cycles.
- Capture customer feedback accurately and identify recurring themes, issues, and opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with customer insights, calling performance, and key trends.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing,
and Category teams to share customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests or concerns.
- Meet defined productivity and quality standards for customer interactions.
We hope that you have...
- Are a Graduate in any discipline.
- Have 0–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, customer support, CRM, or call centre operations is preferred.
- Have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Have Strong verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
- Are Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport over the phone.
- Are Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and generate insights.
- Are Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Have the Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Are Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Are Comfortable working with CRM platforms and customer databases (preferred).
