- Resolve Issues: Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails, fixing complaints and guiding product use.

- Drive Sales: Spot chances to cross-sell or up-sell items and pass current sales leads to the sales team.

- Update Records: Log all user chats, details, and order progress into the CRM system.

- Follow Up: Check in post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Meet Targets: Balance quality customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) with sales or conversion goals.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
