Roles & Responsibilties

- Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
