We are looking for a dedicated and professional customer care executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing customer calls, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
- Performance-based Incentives after 3 months
