Maintain documentation related to application configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration techniques.

Experience in integrating contact center solutions with existing business systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center applications.

Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline implementation processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
