We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CSSD Technician with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, packing, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment while ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, inspect, assemble, and pack surgical instruments and medical devices.
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, and washer disinfectors according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and document sterilization cycles using physical, chemical, and biological indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and instrument tracking.
- Ensure proper storage and timely distribution of sterile supplies to various hospital departments.
- Identify damaged or malfunctioning instruments and report them for repair or replacement.
- Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
- Adhere to hospital safety policies, quality standards,
and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with operation theatre and nursing teams to ensure instrument availability.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in CSSD Technology or Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a related allied health discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital CSSD.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control practices, and instrument handling.
- Familiarity with autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, and sterilization documentation.
- Basic computer skills for record maintenance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
