ob Title: CRM & Administrative Executive – Nalam Hospital

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized CRM & Administrative Executive to manage patient relationships, maintain hospital records and documents, and assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain patient databases, appointments, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and correspondence through phone, email, and letters.
- Prepare and maintain hospital documents, reports, and MIS records.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files.
- Assist in insurance, billing, and administrative documentation.
- Follow up on appointments, investigations, and patient services.
- Support hospital management in office administration and coordination activities.





Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, CRM, front office, or hospital operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email management.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a hospital environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of hospital management software and medical documentation.
- Patient-centric attitude and excellent coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
