Role Description The Credit Processing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves reviewing credit applications, validating customer information, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities include conducting preliminary financial analysis, checking eligibility criteria, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and preparing credit files for further evaluation and approval. The associate will update internal systems, maintain records, adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines,



and support timely turnaround of credit decisions. This role also requires clear communication with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify inconsistencies, and support sound credit decisions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, with exposure to lending products and basic credit concepts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams and clearly document findings.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Financial Analysis and, where relevant, basic Financial Modeling to interpret customer financials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in credit processing, banking operations, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office tools, and ability to work with structured processes and timelines.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, data confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory and company policies.
