- Minimum 10 years of experience in textile and fabric design; candidates with a degree from NIFT or NID will be preferred.
- Solid expertise in fabric range creation and innovative textile developments.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop seasonal collections aligned with market trends.
- Hands-on experience with textile CAD software such as Penelope, Textronics, or TexCAD.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of color, weave structures, yarns, finishes, fabric aesthetics, and fashion trends.
- Ability to work closely with marketing and product development teams to create commercially successful collections.
- Experience in developing collections for menswear, womenswear, and fashion apparel brands will be an added advantage.
