Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creative Head to lead our creative vision and develop impactful campaigns for healthcare brands. The successful candidate will combine conceptual thinking, strong design sensibility and team leadership with an understanding of healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and lead the creative vision for client campaigns and agency projects.

· Translate strategy and client briefs into compelling, channel-appropriate creative concepts.

· Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, content creators and other creative professionals.





· Review and approve work across digital, social, print, presentations, video and integrated campaigns.

· Present concepts and creative rationale confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

· Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone and visual communication.

· Collaborate with client servicing, strategy, content, social media and production teams.

· Manage multiple campaigns while protecting creative quality, timelines and commercial requirements.

· Support pitches and new-business presentations with distinctive campaign ideas.

· Ensure creative communication is responsible, accurate and appropriate for healthcare audiences.

Required Skills and Experience

· 8-9 years of creative experience, including leadership of a team or creative function.

· Agency experience is essential; healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital or wellness exposure is strongly preferred.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, digital communication and brand-building work.

· Excellent conceptual, storytelling, visual-direction, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to balance creativity with strategic, regulatory and commercial requirements.

Preferred Qualification

Degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, Mass Communication or a related field.
