In this individual contributor role, you'll shape the learner experience through visual storytelling, interactive media, and AI-enhanced design tools, working closely with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers to turn instructional concepts into engaging, performance-driven digital learning content.1.7em;">What You'll DoParagraph">• Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations,



infographics, icons, and microlearning modulesParagraph">• Develop instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visualsParagraph">• Create immersive content, including 360 images and AR/VR-ready layoutsParagraph">• Build templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 that follow brand and accessibility standardsParagraph">• Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Canva AI to speed up creative productionParagraph">• Support avatar-based video production with tools like Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika LabsParagraph">• Translate storyboards, scripts, and concepts into visual narratives with minimal supervisionParagraph">• Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles across deliverables Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from with instructions to complete a required screening step.
