Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize CRM/BPM solutions on the Creatio platform.
- Configure Creatio modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Freedom UI) and automate business workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of Freedom UI, Business Process Designer, Business Rules, and Creatio customization.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
