? We’re Hiring | CPQ/CLM IT Business Analyst | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced CPQ/CLM IT Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ/CLM and Salesforce .
? Location: Bangalore
? Experience: 7–10 Years
? Shift: US/Night Shift – Approx. 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (timings may vary)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Location Requirement: Candidates currently based in Bangalore are preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Bangalore can also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business teams to understand and analyze requirements
- Collaborate with IT Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts
• Design, configure, document, and implement Conga CPQ/CLM solutions
- Handle projects, enhancements, and support requirements
- Own implementation across design, configuration, testing, and production migration
- Follow established IT change-management and implementation processes
Must-Have Skills
✅ Conga CPQ / CLM – 3+ years of relevant experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Conga Approvals and Template configurations
✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform – Flows, Workflows, Profiles, Permissions, etc.
✅ Overall 7+ years of IT experience
✅ Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Ability to work in US/Night Shift
Valuable to Have:
- Conga CPQ and/or CLM Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications
