Ensure children's safety and provide an enjoyable play experience. Handle ticketing, memberships, billing, and customer queries (CSA).
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the play area. Support birthday parties and daily store operations. Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent customer experience.
