Key Responsibilities

- Explain the 4 Cs (Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat) with a focus on Divine Solitaires' "Ex. Ex. Ex. Plus" (Triple Excellent Cut, Polish, and Symmetry) standard.

- Showcase 8 Hearts and 8 Arrows patterns to customers using specialised lopes and proportion scopes to prove brilliance and light return.

- Demonstrate the Divine Solitaires App to clients to explain nationwide standardised pricing matrices and track historical diamond values.

- Educate buyers on Unique Identification Codes laser-inscribed on the diamond girdle.

- Explain customer security features and address customer objections regarding lab-grown vs. natural diamonds, gold rate variations, and competitor offerings.

- Perform strict daily opening and closing stock counts for loose solitaires, diamond jewellery, and mountings to maintain zero shrinkage.

- Convert counter walk-ins into high-value solitaire sales.

- Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly revenue goals.
