- Prepare and finalize quotations for standard products across all channels, verticals & segments while ensuring pricing competitiveness and profitability.
- Verify cost sheets for Current product development in coordination with the Design team to ensure cost accuracy and pricing integrity.
- Compare the Standard vs New product cost before & after actual production.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs) in the Order management system (OMS) for the Tender business.
- Prepare commercial pricing for private and government tenders in collaboration with the respective Architect team, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and tender requirements.
- Verify product costs for all new product launches and determine Recommended Selling Price (RSP) for tender business. Also maintain/upload Maximum Retail Price (MRP) into CRM, OMS, and SAP systems. 7.
Calculate Gross
Margins (GM) for RIA approvals and provide profitability analysis to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze the monthly Estimated Budget versus Actual Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements separately for the tender and Healthcare businesses.
- Verify monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for the Tender business to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
- If & when needed prepare the monthly Cost Roll-up and Inventory Valuation reports to support financial closing and inventory accounting in SAP.
- Prepare and implement periodic price list revisions for the Tender business based on cost changes, market conditions, and management approvals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate costing, pricing, and system updates.
- Provide financial analysis and commercial support for pricing decisions, product launches, profitability improvement initiatives, and other management requirements.
- Perform financial due diligence for new business opportunities by analyzing financial statements, business models, and investment. Study the Financial of current market leaders of these new opportunities & share the relevant inputs to management . 15.
Prepare Capital
Expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations, including investment justification, payback period analysis, and financial feasibility for new machinery and equipment purchases.
- Conduct comparative cost analyses between imported materials, local procurement, and in-house production to support sourcing, manufacturing, and cost optimization decisions.
- Prepare project/tender wise budget vs actual cost & margin comparison.
