We are looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B) to join a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate sales, business development, and key account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Drive sales through effective product positioning, merchandising initiatives, and new product launches.
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and channel partners across India.
- Expand the company's corporate customer base by acquiring new key accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans while monitoring business performance.
- Increase distribution reach by identifying and onboarding new business partners.

Business Development
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop revenue-generating partnerships.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers across client organizations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing preferred from a reputed institute.
- 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Sales (B2B).
- Prior experience in the Retail or Sports Industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
