- Identify current business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to drive growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 4-17 years of experience in b2b sales or corporate sales in the insurance industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention.

- Strong understanding of insurance broking principles and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
