We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage both IT and Non-IT hiring for the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salary offers and support offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment SLAs and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market.




- Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, LinkedIn , and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Robust screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment trackers/ATS.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Experience in recruitment consultancies or staffing firms will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods are preferred.
