Role & responsibilities; (Noida Sector-62 & Guindy-Chennai)

1. Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR support opportunities.
2. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners.
3. Communicate professionally with companies through emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
4. Share presentations, proposals, and other partnership documents.
5. Follow up regularly with corporate contacts to convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
6. Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions and prepare regular MIS and progress reports.
7. Work closely with the line manager to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth execution of partnership activities.
8. Achieve corporate engagement and fundraising targets while representing the organization professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

Preference will be given to female candidates.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), internet research, and database management.
4. Ability to create and maintain databases of CSR organizations and key stakeholders.
5. Willingness to attend meetings at CSR company offices as required.
6. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
7. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
8. Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, corporate sales, business development, or client relationship management is an added advantage.
