Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment and HR operations. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, interview coordination, offer generation, onboarding, and exit formalities. Candidate should have prior exposure to NBFCs, financial services firms, or banks and be comfortable managing hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements

Source candidates through portals, references, and other hiring channels

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews

Ensure timely interview coordination and candidate follow-ups

Prepare and roll out offer letters, appointment letters,



and joining documentation

Handle onboarding and employee induction process

Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation

Manage employee exit formalities including resignation handling, clearance process, relieving letters, and F&F; coordination

Support payroll inputs and attendance coordination

Ensure smooth HR operations and policy compliance

Candidate Requirements

Minimum3+ years of HR experience

Mandatory experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry

Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring coordination

Valuable understanding of offer generation and employee lifecycle management

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
