Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Hie Life Global Technologies is looking for a smart, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the Founder's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Draft emails, prepare documents, and maintain records.

· Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities.

· Handle calls, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

· Support the Founder with research, presentations, and operational coordination.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Smart, confident,



and skilled personality.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.

· Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.

· Experience of at least 1 year.

Compensation
