About the Role

We are looking for a Control Tower Executive to monitor and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in real time. This role will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and seamless communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor kitchen operations in real time and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
- Identify operational issues, delays, and exceptions, and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Supply Chain, Support, and other stakeholders to close issues effectively.
- Participate in operational calls and support live incident management.
- Track escalations, provide timely updates, and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements.




- Maintain dashboards and performance trackers to ensure operational visibility.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with reporting, dashboard management, and operational monitoring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Preferred Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Control Tower, Command Center, Operations, Live Monitoring, or similar roles.
- Exposure to kitchen operations, food delivery, logistics, quick commerce, or e-commerce environments.
- Experience handling operational escalations and cross-functional coordination.
