We have 7 new requirements(1 SRE + 2 L3 + 2 Guiding Care

- 2 L2) under CareSource for Prod Support project. Sharing the JD below for reference.

Experience - 5-10+ years Start Date - Mid-August

Location - Hybrid (Chennai,hyderbad,banlore) for 1 Month Later on if they are performing good than Remotely

Duration - 6+ months

Experience

Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems

Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care

Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.

Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.

Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.

Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).

Experience with web services.

Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.

US healthcare is mandatory.

Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing

Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks

Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions

Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts)

Qualifications

- Experience with front-end tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and up-to-date frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or similar).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks, along with strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
