We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft engaging content that strengthens our brand and supports our marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Write engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and marketing collateral.

· Create compelling property descriptions, project highlights, and investment-focused content.

· Develop copy for digital advertisements, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns.

· Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to execute content strategies.

· Research real estate market trends and create informative, value-driven content.

· Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

· Write scripts for promotional videos, reels, and corporate presentations.





· Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Experience in real estate, luxury, finance, or digital marketing is preferred.

· Robust understanding of social media content and SEO fundamentals.

· Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is an added advantage.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
