The role requires planning, extensive research, knowledge of SEO (for content), and understanding of what makes content engaging and relevant. You must have excellent written, creative, and communication skills, with the ability to write, create, plan and prioritise. We are an insights-driven digital marketing agency, so having some knowledge of utilising data to adjust content as needed would be a plus.

Responsibilities

- Writing effective content that matches the brand’s voice for the purpose of website, social media, press releases, podcasts and more.
- Conduct extensive research to supplement the content with relevant data points, wherever required.
- Work closely with the SEO team to ensure the content is optimised for the search engines.
- Assist Marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify and others.
- Be able to take up technical and complex topics and simplify them for the end-reader.
- Be able to proofread and edit existing content to improve readability.

- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
