Our Digital division specializes in YouTube growth strategy, social media marketing, content development, creator collaborations, and digital brand building. Our Studios division delivers end-to-end post-production solutions for films, television, OTT platforms, web series, and digital-first content.

We're looking for a passionate Marathi Content Writer & Copywriter who enjoys storytelling, history, culture, and digital content, and can transform research into engaging content across YouTube and social media platforms. ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative and research-oriented Content Writer & Copywriter (Marathi) to support one of our flagship digital content brands.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of Marathi, strong research abilities, and the ability to write engaging content for YouTube, social media, and digital platforms. The role involves creating compelling copy, researching historical and cultural topics, writing scripts, optimizing YouTube content, and working closely with creative, social media, and video teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Writing & Copywriting

Write compelling captions, social media copy, headlines, hooks, taglines, and CTAs in Marathi.

Write YouTube titles, descriptions, metadata, and thumbnail copy.

Develop scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, interviews, documentaries, promotional videos, and digital campaigns.

Adapt content for different social media platforms while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.

Proofread and review Marathi content before publishing. Research & Editorial

Conduct in-depth research on historical events, personalities, forts, culture, traditions, literature, festivals, significant milestones, and current affairs.

Verify facts and ensure content accuracy through reliable sources.

Build content ideas around anniversaries, birth anniversaries, festivals, and topical cultural moments.





Assist in developing content calendars and editorial planning. YouTube & Digital Content

Write SEO-friendly YouTube titles, descriptions, chapters, and metadata.

Support thumbnail text and hook creation.

Repurpose long-form content into Shorts, Reels, carousels, quotes, and bite-sized content.

Collaborate with editors to improve storytelling and audience retention. AI & Content Innovation

Use AI tools to assist with research, brainstorming, translations, proofreading, and workflow efficiency.

Explore AI tools for faster content ideation, summarization, metadata generation, and digital publishing.

Stay updated with content trends, AI tools, and YouTube best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Media, Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, or digital content.

Excellent command over Marathi (Reading, Writing & Speaking) – Mandatory.

Strong English and Hindi communication skills.

Strong research and fact-checking abilities.

Excellent storytelling and writing skills.

Understanding of YouTube content optimization and digital storytelling.

Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.

Strong proofreading and editing skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience writing for YouTube channels or digital media brands.

Experience with historical, cultural, documentary, educational, or entertainment content.

Experience writing scripts for interviews, podcasts, documentaries, or non-fiction content.

Familiarity with SEO writing and YouTube metadata.
