Role Description The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing content across digital channels to support client marketing goals and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and market research, defining content themes and calendars, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and ensuring all content aligns with client objectives and brand voice.

The role involves reviewing performance metrics, optimizing content based on data,



and maintaining consistent documentation of content guidelines and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, requiring close coordination with internal teams and active participation in client discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and create impactful, goal-driven content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to organize, publish, and maintain content across multiple digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
- Experience with digital marketing fundamentals (SEO basics, social media, and analytics tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve content performance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced content setting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
