Role Description The Content Strategist will play a key role in shaping content plans that align with client brand goals and campaign objectives. This full-time, on-site position in Surat involves developing content strategies, mapping customer journeys, and defining content themes across channels such as web, social media, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative, design, and marketing teams to plan and brief content, overseeing content calendars, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Strategist will analyze performance metrics, refine strategies based on data and feedback, and maintain a clear documentation of content guidelines and frameworks.



This role requires active participation in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and project reviews to deliver cohesive, impactful brand experiences.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in content strategy and content development, with the ability to design cohesive, multi-channel content plans.
- Experience in content management, including organizing, scheduling, and maintaining content libraries and editorial calendars.
- Proficiency in web content writing and writing for diverse formats (social media, campaign copy, blog posts, and landing pages).
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear content goals, target audience insights, and messaging frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with creative and design teams in an agency or marketing environment.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, highly creative setting in Surat.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
