Based around Bengaluru and Bidadi, Aerione Bharat is building the Edu-Bose Space Engineering Research Center, evolving from a 5,000 sq. ft. facility into a 20-acre innovation campus for aerospace research and incubation. Role Description The Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and managing digital and print content that communicates Aerione Bharat’s programs, initiatives, and mission to learners, educators, partners, and stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing web content, program descriptions, and marketing copy; updating and maintaining content across websites, learning platforms, and social media; and ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

The Content

Specialist will collaborate closely with program leads, educators,



and the marketing team to translate complex space and STEM concepts into accessible narratives, case studies, and stories. The role also includes monitoring content performance, maintaining a content calendar, and supporting campaigns and events with timely, accurate communication materials.

Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or scientific concepts in clear, engaging language.

- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for diverse audiences and formats (web pages, blogs, articles, and marketing copy).
- Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including content planning, scheduling, and optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with STEM or space/aerospace education is an advantage, along with interest in science communication and experiential learning.
- Comfort with basic digital tools such as content management systems, office productivity software, and collaboration platforms.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
