- Reviewed and moderated user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and comments, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

- Identified and removed content involving spam, fraud, hate speech, harassment, violence, nudity, misinformation, and other policy violations.

- Applied content moderation policies accurately while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.

- Escalated complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams according to established procedures.

- Conducted content quality checks and maintained consistent decision-making across moderation tasks.

- Managed moderation queues efficiently and met daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.

- Documented moderation decisions and maintained detailed case records for audit and reporting purposes.

- Collaborated with Quality Assurance (QA), Trust & Safety, and policy teams to improve moderation quality and ensure policy compliance.

- Protected user privacy by handling confidential information in accordance with company policies and data security requirements.

- Stayed up to date with policy changes, platform guidelines, and emerging online safety trends.

- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment while reviewing sensitive content.

- Used moderation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications to perform daily operational tasks.

Preferred candidate profile





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of community guidelines, content policies, and online safety standards.

- Ability to review text, images, videos, and other user-generated content with high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to apply policies consistently.

- Comfortable handling sensitive or graphic content while maintaining professionalism.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based moderation tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity metrics.

- Solid problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
