Role Overview Position: Content Marketing Intern
Location: 100% Remote Flexibility

Compensation: Paid Internship (based on experience) What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Content Strategy & Planning: Assist with overall content planning, manage content calendars, and support publishing workflows using operations tools.
Content Research: Scan LinkedIn, industry newsletters, and Google Trends to identify hot topics, case studies, and actionable data points.
Newsletter Creation: Deep-dive into industry research to draft, structure, and publish a weekly/bi-weekly LinkedIn Newsletter to build a loyal subscriber base.
Copywriting: Draft punchy, engaging daily LinkedIn posts, short-form text hooks, web copy, and promotional materials for long-form newsletter campaigns.
Repurposing Content: Transform client and internal long-form media assets into crisp, high-value short-form text and visual assets.
Graphic Design & Visuals: Create professional, eye-catching graphics, multi-page carousels, and custom newsletter banners.
Community Engagement: Monitor post comments, respond to readers,
and engage with top creators in the target niche to strategically boost platform reach.
Process Documentation: Support light content management tasks and document internal content processes to keep systems clean and scalable.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills) Versatile Writer: Strong communication skills to craft clear, concise short-form hooks for social feeds alongside structured, engaging long-form copy for newsletters.
Design Savvy: Proficient in using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite (Photoshop) with a sharp aesthetic eye for visual branding and high-converting graphics.
Platform & Algorithm Literate: Solid understanding of digital social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X) and how their algorithms prioritize text, carousels, and imagery.
Curious Researcher: Ability to dig into data and easily translate complex marketing or business topics into simplified, high-value educational pieces.
Operational Discipline: Highly organized, independent, and execution-focused team player who can manage time effectively and follow documented processes in a remote workplace.
Tool Familiarity (Bonus): Prior exposure to scheduling and workflow engines (Notion, Buffer, HubSpot) or AI-assisted content tools is highly beneficial.
