Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and growth-oriented Content Manager to own our social media presence and content strategy.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube , helping establish Aretiz as a trusted voice in AI, automation, and innovation.

This role combines creativity, storytelling, branding, and social media management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Write compelling captions, posts, articles, and company updates.
- Design or coordinate graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form videos.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Stay updated on AI, technology, startup, and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with founders, technical teams, and designers to convert technical concepts into engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance and generate monthly analytics reports.
- Increase audience engagement, followers, and brand awareness organically.
- Cover company events, product launches, webinars, and announcements through social media.
- Assist in website content updates, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools are preferred.
- Interest in AI, startups, and emerging technologies.
