About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Content who lives on the internet, thinks like a brand builder, and leads like a people-first operator. You'll own the entire content and social engine across channels, countries, programs and audiences leading Creative, YouTube, Production and Video teams. You understand hooks, culture, formats and algorithms, and know how to turn what's happening on the internet into something unmistakably on-brand.

Our students are the content your job is to find those stories, make them impossible to ignore, and get the world watching.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own content strategy across channels, countries, programs and audiences.
- Build a fast-moving content engine across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Scale the social ecosystem from 0-1-100, driving reach, retention and community.
- Set the creative ambition and elevate storytelling across all content.
- Build recognisable content IPs and repeatable formats.
- Grow YouTube into a serious long-form storytelling and audience engine.
- Build systems that turn student stories into authentic, shareable content.




- Adapt content for global markets while keeping it culturally relevant locally.
- Own performance hooks, retention, watch time, shares and audience growth.
- Lead and grow the Creative, YouTube, Production and Editing teams.
- Build effective workflows across ideation, production, publishing and analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8+ years across content, creative, social, digital media, entertainment or brand storytelling.
- Experience on both agency and brand side.
- Proven success scaling social channels from 0.
- Deep understanding of organic content, hooks, retention and algorithms.
- Experience building content IPs, franchises or repeatable formats.
- Strong creative judgement paired with comfort in data and analytics.
- Global market and multicultural audience experience is a plus.
- Strong people leadership able to hire, mentor and grow a creative team.
- High ownership, high curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity and speed.
