Content Lead — Quant & DILR

Responsibilities

- Author and review PYQ solutions and practice sets across Quant and DILR
- Design difficulty progressions that mirror the real exam honestly
- Set the editorial bar and hold external contributors to it
- Fix content that student data shows is confusing
- Keep the bank current as exam patterns shift

Requirements

- Deep CAT Quant and DILR expertise — a robust percentile of your own, or years teaching it
- Exceptional written explanation; you make hard things feel inevitable
- Editorial discipline and a high tolerance for detail
- Experience reviewing others' work constructively

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Experience at a coaching institute or content company
- Comfort reading item-level performance data
- LaTeX or structured content authoring
